Dog Trainers
Please research your dog trainer and the type of training method they use. Positive Trainers do not use the leash to yank on the dog if it pulls, jumps, etc. They do not throw chains at dogs, growl at them or intimidate them to teach new lessons. Any method of training that involves physical force, intimidation, fear or involves throwing things at or toward the dog, yanking, choking, or shocking the dog can cause behavior problems to worsen and can be dangerous for weaker family members.
